EXCELLENT Stay!
clean room spacious room friendly staff
i found the room very clean and spacious. It featured all necessary amenities for a comfortable visit. The bar and breakfast area were both pleasant, and i thought the staff was very friendly. The staff members are a true asset to this hotel.
Dining
9/10
The hotel provides a good vegetarian option at breakfast. The sausage tasted great. Patricia, who offers excellent service, always has a smile on her face. She is very helpful and cannot do enough to assist guests.
Rooms
9/10
The room was well-equipped with everything i could need. It was warm and clean, with a roomy shower. The room had good facilities, like a big TV, Wi-Fi, and tea-making facilities, as well as an iron and ironing board.

the breakfast was decent with a good selection. i found the room large and quiet (i needed a restful space). the car parking was directly next door and easy to find.
One of the key cards stopped working. I had to return to reception to reprogramme it.

an acceptable stay
good size room attentive staff tasty food uncomfortable bed dodgy area unsafe car park
The room was a good size. The staff were both attentive, I did appreciate that. The food i ate tasted good. Also the rooms were clean and neat.
Beds in the room were not comfortable so i did not have a great night sleep. The surrounding area felt a bit dodgy. The car park also looked a bit unsafe, so i was a little worried.
